You know it strikes me that a lot of teams need to be re-energized and that’s a choice and perhaps you just need a starting spot. A good way to do that would be to engage your team in a conversation around some really good questions, such as “if things continue as they are will we be happy with where we end up?” or “where is the energy in our group or if we were replaced tomorrow by another team, what would that new team do?” or maybe even one-on-one with some of your team members, “what can we do differently to help our team thrive?” See if that doesn’t spark a conversation about how to re-energize your team.
